By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. ZLAPPEW COURIER reserves the right to refuse service if incorrect or incomplete details are provided.

2. Service Scope

We provide courier and logistics services including (but not limited to):

  • Express delivery
  • Same-day delivery
  • Intercity transport
  • Freight services (air, sea, rail, road)
  • Warehousing and supply chain support

All delivery timelines are estimates unless explicitly stated as guaranteed.

3. Prohibited Items

We do not transport illegal or restricted items, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Firearms and explosives
  • Hazardous or toxic materials
  • Stolen goods
  • Items prohibited under Ghanaian law

Any breach may result in cancellation of service and reporting to authorities.

4. Packaging Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper packaging of items unless packaging service is requested. We are not liable for damages resulting from poor or inadequate packaging.

5. Delivery Timelines

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, security checks, or unforeseen operational issues. ZLAPPEW COURIER is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

6. Liability

We take full care in handling shipments; however, liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the item, where applicable and agreed upon before shipment.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made as agreed before or upon service initiation
  • Prices may vary depending on distance, weight, and service type
  • Outstanding payments may delay or suspend delivery services

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation may not be possible, and applicable charges may still apply.

9. Warehousing Terms

Stored items must be collected within agreed timelines. Extended storage may attract additional fees.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and materials related to ZLAPPEW COURIER remain the property of the company and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be handled under applicable Ghanaian legal frameworks.
